Rene Natural Refund & Return Policy
At Rene Natural, each product is handmade in small batches with prayer, purpose, and care. Because our items are crafted for personal use, all sales are final, except in the rare case of damage or an error on our part.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If something arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@renenatural.com
Include your order number and clear photos of the product and shipping box. Once verified, we will gladly replace the item or issue store credit.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 7-day satisfaction window from the date of delivery for eligible returns.

Products must be unopened and unused to receive a full refund.

Used products may be eligible for a partial refund of up to 70 % of their value.

After 15 days, returns are no longer accepted.
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified by email regarding approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method or as store credit.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
You are responsible for return-shipping costs unless we made an error.
Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund has not appeared after 7 business days:

Contact your card issuer or bank (some take extra processing time).

Exchanges
We replace items only if they arrive defective or damaged. Email support@renenatural.com with your order number and photos.

Please allow 5–7 business days for order processing before shipment.
Processing time does not include carrier transit time.

Lost / Stolen Packages
Once tracking shows Delivered, Rene Natural is not responsible for loss or theft.
If this occurs, contact your local carrier and provide your tracking number.
Insufficient Address
Orders returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address can be reshipped once you pay the reshipping fee. Refunds are not issued for insufficient addresses.

International Orders
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
