2. Are your products 100% natural?

Yes! Every product is made with natural ingredients sourced from plants, herbs, and minerals. We avoid parabens, sulfates, silicones, and synthetic fragrances. You’ll find ingredients your skin recognizes — nothing toxic, nothing unnecessary.


3. I have sensitive skin. Can I use Rene Natural products?

Absolutely — many of our customers have sensitive or acne-prone skin. We recommend starting with our Cyria Cleansing Bar or Glow-to Moisturizer, and always performing a patch test before using a new product. Everyone’s skin is unique, so it’s important to introduce new products slowly.


4. How long will it take to see results?

Healing takes time. Some people see visible improvement within a few weeks, while others need a couple of months. Factors like diet, hydration, stress, and hormonal balance can also affect your skin’s journey. Be patient — your skin is learning to trust the process again.


5. Are your products safe during pregnancy or breastfeeding?

Most of our products are safe for use during pregnancy and nursing, but we recommend consulting your healthcare provider before introducing any new skincare. We use natural essential oils and active botanicals, so it’s always best to double-check with your doctor.


6. Do your products treat acne or dark spots?

Our products support your skin’s healing process. Many customers experience clearer skin, reduced inflammation, and fading of dark spots. However, our products are not medical treatments — they’re designed to help your skin heal naturally over time.


7. Are Rene Natural products cruelty-free?

Yes — we never test on animals. We love and honor all of God’s creations.


8. How do I store my products?

Keep products in a cool, dry area away from direct sunlight. Because we use natural ingredients and no synthetic preservatives, proper storage ensures freshness and longevity.


9. How long do products last?

Shelf life varies between 6–12 months, depending on the product. Check the label for the recommended period after opening (PAO). Always close lids tightly after each use.


10. What is your return or refund policy?

We offer replacements or store credit for damaged or incorrect items reported within 48 hours of delivery. Because our products are personal-use skincare, we do not accept opened or used returns. Please see our full Refund & Return Policy for details.


11. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We currently ship across the U.S., Canada, and select international regions. Customs fees and duties may apply for international orders, and customers are responsible for these costs.


12. How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are processed within 5–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking information via email.


13. My package says “delivered” but I didn’t receive it. What should I do?

Please check around your property and with your local carrier. Once a package is marked delivered, Rene Natural is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. If necessary, file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
